Bran serves as Associate National Commercial Counsel for the D.C. and Maryland National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He entered the industry in 2011 and has worked title underwriting and closing thousands of residential real estate transactions and loans. Bran also has creditor rights experience, having represented the majority of national lenders in regulatory compliance and evictions litigation in foreclosure. Joining the NCS in 2023, Bran’s primary role is underwriting of commercial real estate transactions.

Bran is a barred attorney in Virginia, Texas, and at the US Supreme Court. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, and his law degree from George Mason University. He grew up largely overseas, including years living in the Netherlands and the Dominican Republic. Bran is fluent in Spanish and moderately conversational in Mandarin.
Bran currently resides in Virginia with his lovely wife and two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading about history, grilling, and woodworking. Bran is a fan of the Florida State Seminoles, the New York Yankees and the New York Giants.
