Ingrid has over 30 years of underwriting experience. In 1981, she started as a processor for Lawyers Title Insurance Company and within three years she became an assistant to several underwriters. She progressed by later working her way into an underwriting career.
In the late ‘80s the residential department relocated to Towson, Maryland and afforded Ingrid the opportunity to fill a position as a residential underwriter. In 1999, Ingrid was well on her way in her underwriting career. When the company returned to Downtown Baltimore, Ingrid became a commercial underwriting assistant to a senior underwriter.

In 2003, Ingrid’s hard work and dedication landed her a promotion as a commercial underwriter where she continues to perform her duties of examining titles, reading surveys, reviewing plats and judgments. Moreover, she prepares settlement statements, conduct closings, and disburse funds. In addition, Ingrid continues to deliver in a timely manner, always exuding excellence in whatever she sets her mind and hands to do.
Ingrid’s pastimes consist of tending to her yard and enjoying caring for her family.
