Joi serves as Production Assistant for the D.C. & Baltimore National Commercial Services team. A member of the title industry since 2010, she joined the NCS in 2018. Joi provides support on a number of levels including obtaining, scanning, processing and preparing the necessary transaction documents. She also assists the underwriting team as needed.
