Terry Arenson is Vice President and Director of Sales with the D.C. & Baltimore NCS. Terry ("Tark") has been with Fidelity Title Group/Chicago Title for over 26 years. He has spent his career in Baltimore where he has assisted with the commercial title interests of national and local customers, originating commercial transactions from coast to coast and in the Caribbean. He has surrounded himself with a seasoned legal, underwriting and processing staff. They have a long history of closing multi-site, multi-state portfolio acquisitions and refinancings.

Throughout the years Terry has held memberships in various real estate industry organizations include National Association of Home Builders, NAIOP, and Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association. He is currently serving on the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, as a board member and committee chair, and on the Executive Board of the Babe Ruth Museum Foundation. Terry has also been involved with the Coaches versus Cancer Association, which is a nationwide collaboration between the National Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
Terry studied Business Administration at the University of Maryland and Personnel Management at the University of Southern Mississippi. Terry is also a partner in two restaurants, Tark’s at the Station and Tark’s at the Shoe.
